RPN Travles believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made as per RPN Travels cancellation policy.
- User can cancel the E-Tickets with their login details under my account.
- E-tickets will not be allowed to cancel at branch offices.
- The refund amount will be de.
- Cancellation charges are applicable from the time of departure.
- Cancellation charges are as follows:
- If Ticket canceled from 0 – 10 hours 100% will be the cancellation charge.
- If 10 – 24 hours 50% will be the cancellation charge.
- If 24 – 48 hours 10% will be the cancellation charge.
- If 48 to above 3.6% will be the cancellation charge.
